Key Element of Entrepreneurship

I've read an article interview with Michael Dell, CEO Dell Inc. And I found one of his answer on entrepreneurship.

Q: What is the key to successful entrepreneurship? Is it the right business plan, the right team, finance, marketing, a combination of all of these or something else?

Dell : "These strategic elements certainly all play an important role in entrepreneurship. However, I believe that successful entrepreneurialism begins first with three very simple but crucial premises. Identify a problem. Fix that problem as fast as you can. When you fix it, make sure you’re leaving the world a better place than you found it.
Today, entrepreneurs can only be successful if they’re aligning business priorities with their customers’ needs while helping sustain our planet and encourage a more promising future for generations to come."

It is a clear proof that the key element to be an entrepreneur is- P.R.O.A.C.T.I.V.E.
And what makes it much more worthwhile is :- his perception to change the world around him. Not everyone have the serious awareness and full enthusiasm to help and change the world around us. To have this attribute makes a whole lot of differences in terms of one's impact and self-fulfillment.
*When we start asking ourselves," What can I do?"- our mindset is like an entrepreneurship.
