Disney & Real Steel

Image
As long as I can remember, Disney has never fail to create a great movie - a really feel good movie with a whole lot of good values that we can learn. Even the soundtracks made by Disney since I was little were among the best ever. I still remember when I was in Standard 6, the first cassette that I wish to buy was "Disney Love Hits". It features all top soundtracks from Beauty & The Beast to Tarzan. Until now, the songs are great to listen to because nowadays, we can never listen to songs like that anymore. Slow, inspiring and magical. Today, I got the chance to see Real Steel again. Yes, I've seen this movie before but this time, I really took the effort to think about the values and emotions that the movie brings. When I watch this movie, it reminds me again the reason why Disney movies are so great to me. It always teaches us all the good values that make us humans and to have the life to be worthwhile. So called a feel-good movie. The story line uplift the valu...

Meeting with a friend..

Image
Yesterday after work, I decided to take a walk to my fren's place..It's been almost a year, (probably more than that) since the last time i saw her. I love walking so much since i used to it during my previous years in the university. My wish to join either Penang Bridge Marathon or the Penang Starwalk this year was not fulfilled due to my ignorance and late action..Haha..Actually i realized too late about these marathon and thus was not able to register before the deadlines..Hmm... Anyway, i met up with my former uni mate and it's nice meeting her face to face..We used to talk about everything and i love talking with her..So, meeting her was sort of reminiscing our life. We've talked about the people that we met in our life and how they changed us..I realized it more than ever and if we noticed hard enough some of the people that have perceptible presence in our life are there to teach us things..The lessons are not attain directly from them but much from our thought...

Hurt?..

Is it true that we are easily hurt by someone that we love or care? And is it also because that we expect much from them?................ So does this means that we should not expect much things from them? So does this also means that the conclusion is - we should not expect much from them....? I'm not referring this to a boyfriend/friend coz i already realized that they are truly the third party in our life. But i'm referring this to family members. Does this principle apply to them too....? I started to feel that it does. -Maybe i do expect much from them.

Key qualities to a blissful relationship.....

It's from a newspaper article...These are the qualities.. You talk freely. If you’re gonna spend a lifetime with this person, you’d better be sure you’re comfortable having both deep and dorky discussions. Too much of one kind or the other and your banter becomes boring. You should just talk with each other, not just to each other, sharing ideas as well as trivial information about your day. Your rapport is a sign that you’re on the right romance track. You’re both grown-ups. Maturity. What a word..You are recommended to not marry until both of you have taken time to figure out who you are and what you want from life. You’ll never have all the answers, but making the effort means you’re well within the adulthood. Only then you can focus on the goals of your marriage without waffling all over the place like a little kid. You really are best friends. I love this one besides the ability to talk freely with your partner. It does help..BiG time!-i think . Long-haul lovers treat each...

Friends....

Friends...the time that we are apart shows me what our friendship means to you... It so pathetic when you think that your friendship to a person is really valuable...but it turns out it's -not- that important..I have the perception that when a gurl have a bf, her world only revolves around him...it is so sad when it happens..Right now, i hate friendster. i sort of hate facebook too.. -rolling eyes-..I can't believe that i will think that friendster is such a waste...-sigh- i hate it so much..i hate it. I started to think that friends are nothing because life is only about you..and WHAT you want to do.But i do cherish the ones that are close n love.*wink*
