Counting the days...
10 Muharram 1431
16 December 2010
It's already a brand new year for Muslims and 14 more days to go for 2010 to end...All those clutters in my room, in my house and "in my mind" need to be remove and deal with asap. Hahah..!! I'm searching for something new, refresh things to change the daily routine in life. I also have to reply a letter from a dearest friend of mine..still trying to figure out what to write more..Don't really have dramas in life-so far la-...thankful enough. Throughout the year, I've been thinking about ways, effective ways to get yourself UP from a failure to another. How to always be enthusiastic because there are times when you lose hope to face another new type of failure. So, the capability to withstand from a failure to a failure is a skill that we all need to learn (well..., master). To always stay positive is a challenge and I always want to overcome it. Words are not suffice to teach us what life is but experiences do. But only with- persistence effort to figure out what should we learned from the mistakes that made all the hardships valuable.
Tips to stay positive:-
1) You already have everything
If you count 1 by 1 of all Allah’s creation bestowed upon you, you will feel there’s nothing you deprived. Mountains, rivers, sky, sun, family, peace, ability and etc are built for you. So, what’s not there for you to not try again? Have gratitude plays a role. You can do everything through Him. Allah SWT can make it happen. Believe.
2) Always look into yourself
Seek your weaknesses/mistakes rather than seeking other people’s fault or the environment’s shortcomings for your failure. Always seek solutions than thinking of all the drawbacks (and complaining..) .You’re not the victim of anything. You make the change.
3) Remember
Recall your past successes, unique skills, loving relationships and positive momentum. You'll be amazed how much you have accomplished since childhood and be motivated to take the next step to success. Believe in yourself.
4) Be in the company of upbeat people
Put yourself in the company of upbeat people. Positivity is contagious. Whatever you do avoid the doomers and gloomers. They are not your friends right now (well, just don't listen to what they said or think).
5) Compliment other people
To break the cycle of negativity, make the effort to praise or get in the habit of praising other people. Compliment those people around you. In the process, you'll become well liked and build self confidence. By looking for the best in others, you indirectly bring out the best in yourself. ~~ For this new start ahead, Take what's good n Leave what's not..
